How do I tell BambooSnow something?
Open the Tell control and type naturally—there is no required format. You can correct any misunderstanding in the situation where it appeared.
How does voice work?
Tap the microphone when you want to speak. Your words become editable text before you send them. Text input always remains available, and you can change microphone or speech access in iOS Settings.
How does BambooSnow use AI?
BambooSnow uses contracted AI-processing services to understand what you provide and create useful results, but only after your affirmative in-app choice. Review or withdraw that choice under Settings → BambooSnow & AI.
Does everyone in my household see my private information?
No. Your personal BambooSnow is separate from every household or shared context. A situation begins private unless you explicitly share it.
Does a child or relative need an account?
No. A person can be represented in your BambooSnow without having a login. An account is needed only when that person should sign in and receive explicit access.
How do invitations and household controls work?
Household owners can invite a person by email, view and revoke pending invitations, remove a member, or transfer ownership. Any member can leave. Blocking and private safety reporting are available from household Settings.
What can someone see through a guest link?
Only the allowlisted view of the situation intentionally shared through that link. Guest links do not expose your other situations, household roster, account history, memories, or settings.
How do I manage or restore my membership?
Open Settings → BambooSnow Membership. You can restore purchases there or open Apple’s subscription management. Pricing and renewal details shown by Apple control your purchase.
How do I change sign-in methods?
Open Settings → Account. You can review linked methods and remove one after another method is safely linked. BambooSnow will not merge accounts based only on matching email addresses.
How do I delete my account?
In the iOS app, open Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account. The flow explains household ownership and asks you to confirm your identity where appropriate. You can also use the private form above for access or export help.
