BambooSnow Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of BambooSnow, a consumer product that helps understand situations, organize information, coordinate with people you choose, and prepare actions. By using BambooSnow, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and Availability
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms and meet the age requirements of the platform and applicable law. BambooSnow is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account for a child who cannot lawfully hold one.
Accounts and Households
You are responsible for your account credentials and for information you submit. Household membership never grants access beyond the permissions BambooSnow shows. Invite only people you intend to include, keep invitation links private, and transfer ownership before leaving or deleting an account when other members depend on a household.
Acceptable Use
You may use BambooSnow only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or endanger another person.
- Attempt to obtain another person's private context, credentials, invitation token, guest link, or account access.
- Abuse invites, automated requests, reporting, or rate limits.
- Interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use BambooSnow for illegal activity.
AI Output, User Content, and Actions
You retain rights you have in content you provide. You give BambooSnow permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate the service, honor your sharing choices, and meet legal and safety obligations. BambooSnow may infer structure or generate results from your content. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for actions you approve.
Memberships and Payment
Paid memberships purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple and renew according to the price, period, trial (if any), and cancellation terms Apple displays before purchase. BambooSnow does not promise a trial unless Apple’s purchase screen explicitly offers one. Manage or cancel through your Apple account. Refunds are governed by Apple and applicable law.
Safety and Enforcement
You can report safety or privacy concerns through support. We may review reports, restrict abusive activity, revoke links, remove data, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect people or the service.
Service Changes and Availability
BambooSnow may change, pause, or discontinue features. Account access, shared situations, AI understanding, purchases, and external services may be interrupted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Termination and Deletion
You may stop using BambooSnow or delete your account in the app. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, abuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Shared information may be transferred or minimally anonymized when necessary to preserve other members’ intentionally shared records.
Intellectual Property
Repository source code is governed by its applicable license. BambooSnow names, branding, hosted service, design, and other materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant rights beyond those expressly stated.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
BambooSnow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, BambooSnow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as BambooSnow changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
